Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made directly from Smart Code Junction Infinity Private Limited (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. General Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the purchase date (or renewal date).
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Taxes, transaction fees, foreign currency conversion charges, and gateway fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise mandated by law.
- All refunds are subject to verification and compliance checks.
2. Subscription & Service-Specific Terms
This policy applies to WhatsDiscuss, SmartAcademy, SmartCarePlus, and all digital platforms offered by us.
- Free Trial Periods: If your plan includes a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds do not apply for trial periods.
- Active Subscriptions: If you cancel mid-subscription (monthly or annual), you will not receive a refund for the unused portion unless explicitly approved.
- Upgrades or Downgrades: Upgrading or switching plans within a billing cycle will be applied from the next billing period; no refunds or pro-rations for the current cycle unless approved in writing.
- Service Issues: If there is a documented failure on our part (e.g., downtime, inability to deliver features), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion after review.
3. Refund Timeline & Processing
- Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 working days.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- If your payment was made via foreign currency or international card, additional processing time may apply due to foreign exchange or cross-border rules.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send a refund request via email to support@smartcodejunctioninfinity.com (or through the support/portal provided).
- Include:
- Transaction ID / Invoice number
- Date of purchase / renewal
- Reason for refund request
- Your registered email / account details
- After evaluation, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, we will initiate refund per the timeline above.
5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases
- Promotional or one-time offers may not be eligible for refunds.
- Late requests (after 7 working days) are typically rejected, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
- Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased through other vendors may not be eligible.
- Unauthorized charges or disputes must be resolved through the original payment provider’s dispute mechanism (we will assist if needed).
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this policy occasionally. When we do:
- We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
- Changes will not apply retroactively to transactions already completed, unless required by law.
